![]() ![]() since I don't always know who a ticket is for based on whatever they decided to put in their subject line when sending their email. We are running 1.9.5.1 and it seems to work.What I do like over the iOS app that was available from someone else in the forums, is that it does only show the tickets an agent should be able to see based on department, team membership, or assignment. I wish that it included more than just the subject information, Like maybe From as well. ![]()
